Online

17:47 - Looks like things are online. We've also done some re-routing of our own systems to try to direct your logins via an unaffected segment of the network that we can control. If this attack hits again (in the same way) we should be able to continue service anyway.

Webmail - Phishing Alerts

With the recent rise in so called "phishing" emails whereby scammers try and trick you into handing over your account details we have upgraded webmail to provide prompts on suspicious and known scam emails that are not filtered by the spam filter.

As always, should you receive an email you suspect to be fake and this new system doesn't explicitly state it's a known phishing email please feel free to report it in the usual way via our helpdesk (help@aluminati.net) and we'll flag that email as a scam for all users.
