The Haileybury Society exists to assist and promote educational objects in connection with Haileybury and to form a strong bond of union between the School and its former pupils. Integral to the achievement of this aim is the promotion and maintenance of contact between former pupils, and between them and the School. Haileybury Youth Trust works with Ugandan communities to improve lives by meeting humanitarian needs, such as housing, education and access to clean water. We do so, however, in a way that preserves Uganda's fragile environment rather than damages it. Haileybury Youth Trust is a small charity that works in a part of Uganda it knows well, with trusted and long-standing partners. Haileybury Youth Trust also provides training programmes and encourages community participation, often with and through schools.
